Oh, the small square hamburgers at nearby Menchetti la Crocetta were a revelation! Along with easy access to well-kept grounds, the serene environment made for a fabulous culinary backdrop. Don't even get me started on the cozy breakfast spread that set us up for fantastic local explorations!
The bathroom was a tad snug, which didn’t faze me too much. And yes, the uphill trek into town could feel like a trek, but we soon found it a welcome part of our adventure. Everything else still sparkled brightly!

I loved the beautiful garden. it was well-maintained and perfect for relaxing after a day of touring. The breakfast was top-notch, with high-quality options that set us up for the day. Our room had plenty of space and was impeccably clean. However, check-in was confusing. We were initially told we had already checked in, which wasn't true and caused some stress. Also, the location, while serene, was a bit uphill from the heart of Montepulciano, which could be exhausting in the heat. Nonetheless, the owners were very hospitable, making up for some of the challenges we encountered.

We loved exploring the nearby sporting area with tennis courts and a fitness center just a short walk from the hotel. The scenery while walking to Montepulciano was great, and the family enjoyed the local culture that made our stay unforgettable.
My kids wished there were a larger pool area for them to hang out.

The gardens are spectacular, perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine after a day of exploring. Rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with plenty of storage space.
The location might throw you off. it's a bit farther from the town center than expected, involving a hill that can feel like a trek in the heat. One downside I encountered was the bathroom sink, which drained slowly—nothing that ruined my stay but something to keep in mind.
